Plan options: Option 1 : On a need Basis. This plan option is provided to clients requesting services when needed, for an hourly fee of $55.00 per hour. ( 1 hr minimum)
Option 2 : Monthly Contract. $105.00 per month. This plan service includes: · Up to 1 hours on site basic services per month. (Extra hours for additional fees.) · Up to 2 hours over the phone troubleshooting services per month (we will assist you with troubleshooting computer issues over the phone). (Extra hours for additional fees.) This flexible plan allows clients to pay as they need per month
Option 3 : Annual Contract $1275.00 This plan service includes: · On call. · Up to 12 hours per year of basic and advanced services. We will respond to troubleshooting needs on site in a timely manner. · Up to 24 hours per year of over the phone troubleshooting services (we will assist you with troubleshooting computer issues over the phone). (Extra hours for additional fees.)
Option 4 : Customized monthly or Annual Contract · This service plan allows the customer to choose their specific services. (Fee to be determined).
Option 5 : Special Projects. · Free estimates for specific projects. 1. Wiring. 2. Equipment deployment. 3. Server installation. 4. Pod casting. 5. Media Center. 6. Data entry/backup/restore. Clients will received an itemized monthly statement for their services. Customers requiring pickup and delivery will be billed at $18.00 per hour. |
